What We Sew

Our machines and team are set up for diverse materials — each with its own needle, thread, and tension requirements.

👐

Leather

Full-grain, split, and synthetic leather. Straight stitch, saddle stitch, topstitch, and edge stitch on straps, patches, loops, and assembled goods.

📜

Washable Kraft Paper

Eco-friendly washable paper — popular for bags, wallets, and accessories. Requires specialized needle and low-tension settings; our team has deep experience with this material.

💊

Webbing

Narrow webbing, elastic bands, jacquard tape, and ribbon. We sew ends, attach hardware, fold and stitch loops, and assemble multi-layer strap constructions.

🧶

Fabric

Woven and knit fabrics for garment accessories, bags, and soft goods. Standard industrial sewing as well as decorative and functional topstitching.

Our Process

From Pattern to Production

We walk every order through a structured development flow to ensure quality before mass production begins.

01

Design & Pattern Making

Submit your sketch, technical drawing, or reference sample. Our pattern makers develop a graded pattern with correct seam allowances and hardware placements.

02

Machine Setup

We select the appropriate sewing machine type, needle gauge, thread weight, and stitch length for your material and design specification.

03

Sample Sewing

A physical sample is sewn and photographed for your review. Revisions to stitch placement, thread color, or assembly sequence are made at no extra charge.

04

Mass Production

After sample approval, programmable machines replicate the approved settings across the full production run, ensuring stitch-for-stitch consistency.
